MUFTI EBRAHIM BACKUS
An erudite scholar defined/renowned by his captivating oratory skills. Mufti Ebrahim continues to lead, guide and inspire the Ummah via his many talks on an array of contemporary topics. He also conducts Arabic Classes and is the founder of Darul Hudaa Institute and also a lecturer at the Institute. Served as a Mufti at the (DHC) Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre Fatwa Department between 2012 to 2014 and headed the Muslim Marriages Tribunal. He served as Imaam at the Glenwood Musallah and currently is the Imaam of Musjidus Salaam in Musgrave Durban.
