October 2026
SANHA extends its warmest congratulations to the Minara Chamber of Commerce on its forthcoming Annual Business Recognition Awards and Gala Dinner, to be held on Friday, 23 October 2026.
The prestigious occasion provides an important platform to recognise achievement, celebrate excellence and bring together businesses, professionals and community stakeholders.
SANHA has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with the Minara Chamber, having been a member since its formation in 2000. Over the past 26 years, this association has developed into a meaningful and enduring relationship, with SANHA continuing to participate in Minara’s programmes and initiatives.
SANHA is a regular participant at the Annual Business Recognition Awards and Gala Dinner, where its delegation engages with businesses, industry stakeholders and consumers. Our involvement extends beyond the annual event, with SANHA contributing articles on Halaal matters to Minara’s platforms and participating in various programmes, including initiatives such as workshops for exporters.
These engagements provide valuable opportunities to share information, exchange ideas and promote greater understanding of the Halaal industry, emerging trends and certification requirements within the broader business environment.
A special connection
The strong relationship between the two organisations was given an especially meaningful dimension at SANHA’s 30th milestone AGM this past Sunday, 18th October, when SANHA conferred its Community Recognition Award on Mr Solly Suleman, an executive and founding member of the Minara Chamber.
Mr Suleman’s highly deserving recognition was particularly special for SANHA given his longstanding contribution to the community and his association with an organisation with which SANHA itself has shared a relationship for more than two decades.
It is a fitting coincidence that, in the same week that SANHA honoured Mr Suleman for his contribution to the community, Minara will be gathering to recognise and celebrate excellence within the business community.
SANHA extends its heartiest congratulations to Mr Suleman on this well-deserved recognition and to the Minara Chamber on its continued contribution to the development and recognition of the business community.
We look forward to joining the Minara Chamber, its members and distinguished guests on Friday evening and sharing in what promises to be another memorable occasion.
SANHA wishes the Minara Chamber every success with its Annual Business Recognition Awards and Gala Dinner and looks forward to continuing our longstanding association in the years ahead.
